By messaging MealBot on WhatsApp or using any MealBot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MealBot is an AI-powered meal planning service that sends personalised daily meal plans, grocery lists, and nutritional information to families via WhatsApp. The service is provided by MealBot (mealbot.in).

Meal plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and convenience purposes only. They are not medical or nutritional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MealBot. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement. The service is intended for use within India.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your family's preferences and dietary requirements
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial household meal planning
• Not misuse the WhatsApp messaging interface to spam or abuse the service
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the service

Meal plans, calorie estimates, and drink suggestions are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors. MealBot makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific health condition.

Always consult a qualified nutritionist or doctor for medical dietary advice, especially if a family member has a health condition such as diabetes or severe allergies.

MealBot communicates via WhatsApp using the Meta WhatsApp Business API. By using MealBot, you also agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or reliability of the WhatsApp platform.

All content, branding, software and systems behind MealBot are the intellectual property of MealBot. The meal plan content generated for your family is for your personal use only and may not be redistributed commercially.

MealBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to dietary outcomes, allergic reactions, or service unavailability.

We aim to deliver meal plans every day but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may occasionally affect delivery.

You may stop using MealBot at any time by requesting data deletion at hello@mealbot.in. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MealBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
